Refund policy

Ray Kiln Plus is sold by our reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record for all our orders, which handles refunds. This policy is part of the terms.

• 30 days: if Ray Kiln Plus isn't for you, ask for a full refund within 30 days of buying it, by writing to support@pablin.me or through Paddle, which sends your receipt. Plus ends on that account once it is refunded.
• After 30 days, purchases are not refunded.
• Nothing here limits your rights under the law where you live. Consumers in the European Union, the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content; the 30 days above include it.
